Standard gives you the full 3D massage at our lowest price. Max is our most spacious, comfortable chair, so go with Max if you're over 6 feet. Pro is our most advanced, with a 4D massage that feels closer to real hands.
What comes with the Caldera?
Every Caldera comes with full spectrum infrared heat, a full-body red light panel, a Himalayan salt bar and Bluetooth speakers. It warms up in about 10 to 15 minutes.
Where do you ship from, and how fast?
Everything ships from our warehouse in California and arrives in 2 to 5 days. Shipping on the Caldera is free.
How will I know when it's arriving?
Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking number within 48 to 72 hours, and the carrier will call you to set a delivery time.
Do the massage chairs need assembly?
No. Chairs arrive in one piece with no assembly, and plug into any normal wall outlet.
What does the chair warranty cover?
Every massage chair has a 3-year warranty on the rollers, airbags, motor and electronics. If something goes wrong, a technician comes to your home and fixes it for free, parts included.
What does the sauna warranty cover?
The Caldera is covered for three full years on its heaters, electronics and wood panels, with free replacement parts and US-based technician support.
