Yes, we have a storewide, 3-year warranty for all of our products. This includes parts & technician service.

Orders that are not eligible for shipping — including international addresses and P.O. boxes — will be automatically rejected by our system and canceled without penalty. You’ll receive a notification if this occurs.

For all other eligible U.S. orders, please note that we cannot guarantee cancellations once an order is placed. Our fulfillment process begins automatically to ensure the fastest possible delivery.

All cancellations of massage chair and sauna orders are subject to a 5% cancellation fee to offset non-refundable payment-processing costs charged by our payment providers. These fees are not refunded to us, so they must be passed on to any canceled orders.

Returns

Returning a Relaxe Product 

We are here to answer any and all of your questions if you are not entirely satisfied with our products. Returns of merchandise purchased from Relaxe may be made within 365 days of receipt for a full refund of cost of the merchandise. The total of your return will be credited to the method of payment that you used at the time of your purchase (minus return shipping and handling). If the product you received was damaged, defective, or if the wrong item was shipped to you, you must first contact our email support team (hello@relaxe.co). 

Items eligible for refunds are those which are covered by our store-wide 3 year warranty and which have damage or are not functioning properly. 

 

To expedite the return & refund process, please make sure any and all relevant packaging, receipts, products, are put neatly into the original shipping package. Significant items which are not accounted for in the return may result in an additional fee.

 

 

Shipping

All orders are generally processed within 48 hours and delivery is 2-5 business days. Please contact your VIP concierge as time of year and external supply chain factors can affect shipping times.

This depends entirely on the product selected. Due to weight restrictions, some products can only be shipped to the lower 48 states of the United States (no Hawaii, Alaska, P.O box). However, some of our products are eligible for international shipping. 

We recommend adding the product to cart and looking at whether or not the selected item is available in your area for shipping.
