    FANTABULOUS

    At first, I had some issues with your customer service because the frame arrived damaged, though the glass ended up covering the problem. Because of that, I was a bit skeptical about the product. However, it turned out to be an amazing experience. I’ve used many dry saunas before, but this one is far better. In the end, it was definitely worth the money—and even the initial hassle.

    This is by far the most enjoyed item in the household.

    Everyone makes the time to use it and is happy with the nightly relaxation. Everyone in the household rests at night better. I would highly recommend for a number of reasons. First, the ordering process was extremely simple. Second, the delivery time was amazingly fast. Third, the assembly instructions, and videos make it very easy to put together.

    Since receiving our Sauna we have used it almost every day and love it. I have broken down some of the pro's and con's we have experienced so far.

    Pro:

    *Build quality is great

    *Fast shipping and everything was in good condition

    *Looks amazing in person

    *Very convertible for 2 people (I'm 6'3)

    *Lighting is very well done, adds to the experience

    *Very responsive customer service

    *Red light panel is very well build and strong

    Con:

    *Takes way longer to assemble than the suggested 45mins and you really want 3 people if possible

    *Altho their customer service is responsive they are not very knowledgeable about the product. They didn't have clear answers for some of my questions

    *The "tech" is subpar. The app is a little wonky to use. The panel in the unit mostly makes sense to control

    *Speakers are so so

    *This isn't really a negative but it does take an hour to get to max temp. Ours is installed in our bedroom

    Relax in the Sauna

    I absolutely love this sauna. I have a condition that causes my leg muscles to tighten and after using this I feel so much better and my body is loosened up.

    The directions are not the best but we figured it out.
